Abstract

A pedagogic strategy was designed for  training the health promotion competence in nursing higher technician, in the Ecuadorian context, according to the characteristics of the individuals and the conditions that intervene in this process, to contribute in improving the training quality and their performance; taking into account the necessity that the training processes respond even more to the complexity and diversity of the professional problems, as well as of overcoming the educational difficulties with optimization of time and resources.
