Development and main results in the implementation of clinical trials in "Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas Alfonso” Teaching General Hospital

Since the development of the biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry the Coordinator National Center of Clinical Trials emerges, reason why it was necessary to create a network that took into account multiple institutions in the country for the implementation of the multicenter clinical trials, to increase the efficiency and reach the results with the established quality standards; context in which "Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas Alfonso" Teaching General Hospital in Santiago de Cuba was inserted. To such effects, everything related to the development of these trials in the abovementioned hospital center is briefly stated in this work.
