Injures of soft and bony parts in a hand finger

The case report of a patient assisted in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of "Calilo García" Center for Comprehensive Diagnosis with operating room in Apure, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is presented, due to an injury of soft and bony parts in the second finger of the right hand, produced by the chain of a running motorcycle, which caused him limitations and sequels characteristic of this type of lesion, besides the inability to work.
