Analysis of the predictive scales of acute heart attack

In the last times, cardiovascular diseases capture the attention of health professionals due to being the main cause of global mortality; which has generated the development of predictive scales for their best understanding, there are different scales to calculate the risk of hospital mortality in the acute heart attack; however, they have been developed in specific population groups and take different predictive factors, in many of them high cost predictors are included; which doesn't allow global utility. In this work, some aspects related to the practical contribution in health care of these predictive scales to patients with diagnosis of acute heart attack are briefly communicated.
