Feminine orgasmic dysfunction, proposal of therapeutic plan

The orgasmic dysfunction in the woman is defined as the delay or the absence of the orgasm in a recurrent way, preceded of a phase of appropriate excitement, associated to multiple factors, either biological, psychological and social, among others that they condition and limit its quality of life. For this reason this work is proposed to analyze the therapeutic boarding of a woman with diagnostic of feminine dysfunction orgasmic, concerning a clinical case assisted in consultation sexological that incorporates different technical and available procedures in the scientific evidence of the area. Through a case presentation 31 years-old woman with diagnostic of situational orgasmic dysfunction, psychogenic, associated to education sexual inadequate, scarce intimacy and communication in couple, negative knowledge about the orgasm and anxiety premature, among others. It is carried out plan of therapeutic of 8 sessions, with boarding that they integrate of diverse technical, among them sensory focalization I-II, with the patient's favorable evolution. Concluding that the approach boarding of the sexual dysfunction in the woman is a challenge for the professional of the health, being the main of them, to be able to understand the patient in all its dimensions prefixing the necessities and restlessness that arise of her.
