In this work a strategy of didactic management which aim is to diminish the poor treatment to the teaching-learning process of foreign languages in higher education is suggested, with emphasis in the predegree, based on what is established in the Common Frame of European Reference for Languages, and starting from the integration of original approaches and far from traditional methods, according to the theoretical-practical requirements and the social-professionals and communicative competitions demanded at the moment by this frame of reference. For its elaboration a hierarchy-subordination approach is adopted from the systemic-structural-functional method. The implementation of this strategy has allowed the strengthening of a teaching dynamics more focused on the students and the achievement of a more protagonistic and implicated participation, starting from the mentioned frame describers, as first approach to a process that still requires a constant and permanent improvement in its training praxis.
