Abstract

This investigation is intended to diminish the inadequacies in the process of the military nurse training, so that their professional performance could be improved.  The operative assistance dynamics of this specialist is approached with that purpose.  It contains configurations and dimensions that particularize it in their professional training; new relationships and categories are also declared for the development of their operative practice, with the logic that should be followed in this theoretical construction: from the general fields to the singular ones and vice versa.

Claudia Ermely Izquierdo Martínez, Universidad Militar Bolivariana de Venezuela, Caracas

Capitán de Fragata. Claudia Izquierdo. Profesora Instructora Oficial de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana egresada de la Escuela de Enfermería de la Fuerza Armada Nacional en el año 1993. Curso estudios en la Universidad Central de Venezuela donde egreso de Licenciada en Enfermería en el año 2000. Es Especialista en Terapia Intensiva. Magister Scientiarum en Ciencias de la Educación Superior en la Universidad de Oriente de Santiago de Cuba 2009.Actualmente es Doctoranda en Ciencias Pedagógicas Universidad de Oriente Santiago de Cuba. Se ha desempeñado como Docente en el Área de Enfermería en la UNEFA,UMBV, Jefe de Talento Humano de la Academia Militar de Medicina. y actualmente se desempeña como Jefe del Área de Emergencia del Hospital Naval Dr. Raúl Perdomo Hurtado. Edo Vargas. Venezuela
