Abstract

The case report of a 64 years patient is described, who went to the Stomatology Service of Julio Castillo Polyclinic, Ciego de Ávila province, due to a significant inflammation in the upper anterior sector of the maxilla, covered by a whitish pseudomembrane with stench. He was referred to secondary care due to the clinical suspicion of squamous cell carcinoma. Several biopsies were carried out, which confirmed the diagnosis of extranodal NK-T cells lymphoma. After the progression of the lesions and its state, it was not possible to apply antineoplastic treatment. The patient survived approximately 7 months
