General considerations about the university humanist training in health sciences: a theoretical statement

Abstract

The health professionals training demands new theoretical and methodological conceptions, able to synthesize the humanistic and cultural spirit of its development, and being an expression of the future performance complex and dialectical character.  This work aims at reflecting about the importance of the humanist training in the future health sciences professionals starting from some authors’ opinion that have approached the topic.
